Fred has been serving as Greenwich's Republican Registrar of Voters for 16 years.  His office has been recognized as a Center of Excellence in Election Administration.  He is the only registrar in Connecticut to receive multiple certifications in his field.

Fred has served on the Board of Directors of the Registrars of Voters Association of CT for more than 12 years.
