Sally Bednar
Sally Eddy Bednar has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting (Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo). She’s a dedicated public servant currently serving a second term on the Town’s Representative Town Meeting (RTM) representing District 6 (Old Greenwich) and serves on the Town’s Affordable Housing Board (Secretary of the Board). She also serves on non-profit boards including Fairfield College Prep School and Fairfield University Investment Sub-Committee (Ad Hoc Member). As a proud mom of 2 active-duty US Marines and married to a retired Marine, she is most proud to serve as the Co-Head of the Military Moms of Greenwich advocacy group.
Two of her children attended Greenwich Public Schools.
Sally graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara (BA) and New York University (MBA) and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joshua Brown
Josh Brown is dynamic business leader providing strategic, risk, compliance and operational transformation having led multinational teams at Wells Fargo and Deloitte. His experience as a consultant has helped fortune 100 and middle market companies radically change and improve operational efficiencies and implement broad strategic initiatives.
He's held positions in our Greenwich community for over 30 years on the RTM. He is the RTM Chair of the Town Services Committee, a member of the RTM Governance and Special Committee on Capital Improvements. He served as Finance Committee (Chair), Education Committee (Chair), Vice-Chair Budget Overview Committee, Labor Contracts Committee (Chair) and District Chair. He also served on the Board of Governors of the Milbrook Club.
Two of Josh’s children attended Greenwich Public Schools.

Harry Fisher
Harry Fisher is a lifelong, third generation resident of Greenwich with professional experience spanning over 30 years in the investment management business (Bankers Trust and United States Trust of New York) and media industry (InterTech Media). He currently serves as the BET Chairman, a member of the Budget Committee, and liaison to the Julian Curtiss and Central Middle School Building Committees. Prior board positions include his Cornell fraternity, American Lyme Disease Foundation, the Property Commission at Christ Church Greenwich (Chairman), and Round Hill Association. Harry has served on the Town’s RTM (Chair of District 10) and the BET before taking a break upon the birth of his daughter.
Harry graduated from Cornell University (BA).
Joe Kelly
Joe Kelly is a business and civic leader, CEO of Uranium Markets LLC, recipient of the 2025 Town’s Sentinel Award and prior fixed income multi-national executive. He is a member of the RTM serving District 2 (Chair) and serves on the Education and Labor Contract Committees. He serves on the CMS Building Committee and previously served on the Havemeyer Committee, Trustee for the Havemeyer Trust, Cardinal Stadium Project (Chairman), Feasibility and Building Committees for Julian Curtiss School, Energy Management Advisory Committee (EMAC), and GHS Student Government (Exec Committee), the Board of Education (BOE) - Chairman and on various BOE Committees including Budget and Labor Negotiations (Chair).
Joe is a proud father of four children who all attended Greenwich Public Schools. He was a Greenwich Volunteer Fireman and head rugby coach at the high school.
Joe is an Iona University graduate (BBA).
Joe Pellegrino
Joe Pellegrino is a principal in the investment management business, P-Squared Capital and worked as an investment banker. He has the distinction of being a third generation Greenwich resident with deep roots to our community. Joe is civic minded having served our Town in important roles on the RTM, BET, OPEB Trust Board, Retirement Board (Chair) and Greenwich Library Board. While Chair of the Town’s Retirement Board, Joe was instrumental in pivoting the System’s investments to an outsourced chief investment officer and managed according to an Investment Policy Statement (IPA) to protect and grow the System’s principal assets.
Joe’s two children attended Greenwich Public Schools
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
Joe graduated from Columbia University (MBA), American University (MA) and Muhlenberg College (BA)
Leslie Tarkington
Leslie Tarkington is an experienced corporate finance executive (Citibank), senior financial analyst (Ford Motor Company) and board member of the Board of Estimate and Taxation. She serves as the BET Budget Committee Chair, and previously served as the BET Vice Chair, Law and Human Resources Committees Chair, Clerk of the Board, and as a member of the Audit Committee. She served on two Town building committees (MISA and Nathaniel Witherell). Leslie is a civic minded active member of the Greenwich community having served on The Nathaniel Witherell Board and currently serves on the Northeast Greenwich Association and Greenwich Symphony Orchestra Boards.
Leslie holds degrees from the Darden School, University of Virginia (MBA) and Connecticut College (BA).
She and her husband are long term Town residents.
