FROM MIKE MASON · 151ST DISTRICT

Mike Mason congratulates Rep. Hector Arzeno and pledges to keep bringing Greenwich’s message to Hartford.

Congratulations to Hector Arzeno on his re-election as State Representative for the 151st District. Voters made their choice, and I respect it. That’s how it should work.

I ran because I care deeply about Greenwich, not just as it is today, but as it will be ten and twenty years from now. That hasn’t changed on November 4.

The issues I heard about at the door are still here. Property taxes and living costs are still rising. Seniors still wonder whether they can stay in their homes. Hartford still writes one-size-fits-all mandates that limit Greenwich’s say in its own future.

So my message to Representative Arzeno is simple. When you stand up for Greenwich in Hartford, you’ll have my support. When you fight for fiscal discipline, for local control, and for real reform of Section 8-30g, I’ll be glad to help.

Greenwich deserves results, not just votes, and that’s a goal we can share.

To everyone who volunteered, knocked doors, and voted: thank you. I’ve lived here my whole life, and I’m not going anywhere. I’ll keep working to bring Greenwich’s message to Hartford.
